Tatty Lily Easel Card

Morning, Today I am posting a card that I made using a Tatty Stamp Set, Drawn by Nikki Hall.

On super smooth card, I stamped the main image, Then around the edge I used a smaller stamps, flower stamp and leaf stamp to create a frame for the image. I also stamped, coloured and cut out some additional flowers to decoupage.

I cut out my design, adding a 5mm edge using my Brother Scan n Cut. For my mat I repeated the same cut with an extra 5mm border onto Ruby Red cardstock. I coloured my images with my alcohol markers and decoupaged the flowers.

I made an easel card base from Centura Pearl cardstock. I matted and layered onto the base with a gold satin finish card and on to that  some burgundy/gold oriental card. I wrapped a length of Burgundy wired ribbon and secured at the back of my gold card before securing it to my base.

Finally I made a ribbon bow from the same ribbon, as it is wired it is strong enough to also act as my stopper. I finished off with some roses which I made with some silk ribbon in the same colour and some wired pearls. I then assembled the card.

Thank you so much for stopping by, Hope you visit again very soon. Take care xx
