Christmas Sleigh

Morning Friends and Crafters, today I am sharing with you, a card I made with the Christmas Dimensionals. Again this is a two project tutorial as you really do need to decorate the outside, especially when you have put so much work into the inside. I am sure you all know how much I love these Dimensional ranges, they are so inspiring and make very special cards to give.

You will need:
Sleigh Concept Die
Sleigh Accessorie Die
Festive Words 1
Sparkling Snowflakes 1

Infusions 'Royal Blood'
Sheena Stamping Card
Red and Gold Mirror Card

Step 1: Put a piece of tissue paper on a glass mat, spritz and sprinkle with royal blood, spritz again and leave to dry. Once dry add this to the top of your base card to form the sky.

Step 2: Cut a selection of presents and ribbons, layer these up with Tacky glue. Next cut the moon, stars, trees and houses for decoration.

Step 3: Add Mountains and hills to your scene, secure yellow card behind the windows of the houses to look like lights, add these to your scene. Cut in your concept dies, cover the sleigh with the mirror card, for the reindeer, stamp and die cut from the light brown in the paper pad.

Step 4: Cut the poinsettias and leaves from the foamiran.

Step 5: Cut your mats and layers from the paper pad and Centura pearl. Cut the sentiment in blue, Dies cut the edger die either side of your topper.

Step 6: Arrange and secure your layers as shown in the photo.

Cosy Fireside

Morning Friends and Crafters, Today I am sharing two cards in one. The main card is made with the amazing Christmas Dimensionals from Crafters Companion. They really are inspirational and although I hate this phrase, the possibilities really are endless, if you can imagine it, you can make it come to life with these. Spending so much time on the inside really does mean that you have to make the outside look great too.

You will Need:
Fireplace Concept Die
Tree Concept Die
Tree Accessories Pack
Fireplace Accessories Pack
Festive Foliage 1
Festive Words 1
Holy Vine Embossing Folder
Fireplace Accessories Acrylic Stamps
Tree Accessories Acrylic Stamps
12 x 12 Plain Paper Pad
12 x 12 Decorative Paper Pad
Centura Pearl for your Base

Step 1: I find the easiest way is to mark your scoreline with pencil first. Then secure the decoration to your scene. Once dry add your fireplace element. Then cut your fireplace a second time with Centura pearl and secure to the fireplace with Tacky glue.

Step 2: Cut the tree in green and secure to the back wall in your room. Then emboss a piece of cream card, this will make a nice rug, add some trim to coordinate with your decor.

Step 3: Stamp, Colour and cut out your extra elements, then add to your scene.

Step 4: Add the mirror, wreaths, baubles and tinsel to the tree, making it feel really festive.

Step 5: Cut out a selection of mat and layers, dependent on the finished size of your card.

Step 6: From the green, cut out the Ivy and the seasons greetings. Cut out the Seasons Greetings a second time in red and layer it up with Tacky glue to give a shadow behind.

Step 7: From the cream, cut out some poinsettias.

Step 8: Arrange and secure your decoration to the front of your card as shown in the photo.

Thank you ever so much for joining me today, I hope you have enjoyed the tutorial along with the finished card. Hope you will join me again very soon, to see what else I have to share. For now Take care and Happy Crafting.xxx

Morning crafters and Friends, A lot of you will know what great fun I had with the first launch of the New Dimensional dies from Crafters Companion. Tree Accessorie Pack
Holly Frame Embossing Folder
Basic Oval Die
Centura Pearl White Card
12 x 12 Plain Paper Pad

Blue Glitter

Step 1: Position and cut your design into the base card, the stairs, Window and tree.

Step 2: Use plain and patterned papers to decorate the scene.

Step 3: On green card emboss and cut out to add a carpet/rug. Use a sanding block to bring out the detail even further.

Step 5: Decorate the front of your card. Here I have used a double sided adhesive sheet on a piece of card, then added snowflakes and covered with blue glitter. Added a basic oval to the centre with a sentiment, to finish the card it was layered up with Tacky glue on the front of the card.
